To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests (both human and furry), please review and follow our pet policy below: 🐶 Allowed Pets Dogs, Cats or other pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis—please inquire before booking. Limit of 2 pets per stay, unless otherwise agreed upon. 📏 Pet Size & Breed Pets must be under 25 lbs unless otherwise approved. Certain breeds may require pre-approval based on insurance or HOA restrictions. 🧼 Cleanliness & Behavior Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Do not allow pets on beds or furniture. 🔒 Supervision & Safety Pets should not be left unattended inside the home unless crated. Barking or disruptive behavior that may disturb neighbors is not permitted. Guests are fully responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by their pet. 💵 Fees A pet fee of $75 per pet per stay applies. A pet cleaning fee of $75 per pet per stay applies. Additional cleaning fee may apply if the home requires extra maintenance due to pet occupancy. A $300 refundable pet damage deposit should be paid immediately after booking the reservation. 🛑 Not Allowed Pets are not allowed in the hot tub/pool/bedrooms.
